Our Healthcare Law Division keeps current on case law affecting healthcare transactions and litigation matters. We have experience dealing with medical groups, hospitals, medical ventures, preferred provider organizations, physicians practice management companies, health maintenance organizations, their creation and operation, as well as with compliance and certification. We also provide experienced attorneys for transactional and litigation matters dealing with provider disputes with managed care companies, Medi-Cal and Medicare agencies, as well as private payors. We advise and consult on a wide range of issues from physician professional malpractice to representation of businesses in the area of healthcare benefits.
