NC Workers’ Comp Defense Firm for Employers & Insurers

A division of Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog LLP, CSH Law’s Workers’ Compensation group provides North Carolina workers’ comp insurance defense litigation and legal services for employers, insurance companies, and self-insured businesses. Our attorneys represent employers and insurance carriers with experienced, effective, and cost-conscious workers’ comp defense, from the North Carolina Industrial Commission, to Court of Appeals, to the Supreme Court.

We strive to strengthen the relationship between law firm, insurance adjuster, and employer by offering resources, tools, and Continuing Education programs that support efficient workers’ comp claims management that controls costs, mitigates risk, and produces results.

During a time when the legal landscape is constantly changing, CSH Law’s Workers’ Compensation attorneys are committed to providing results-driven representation to protect the rights of our clients. Though continuous innovation in our delivery of legal services, CSH Law’s Workers’ Comp group meets the challenges presented by the increasing complexity of NC Workers’ Compensation law.
