Class Action Defense

Crowley Fleck offers our clients expertise based on comprehensive experience in class action litigation. Our clients receive in-depth and thorough representation as our Tort Litigation Practice Group works in concert with litigators across wide-ranging areas of substantive law. Crowley Fleck’s collaborative effort strives to ensure excellence in both the procedural aspects of class litigation and the particular area of the law in which the class action is based. Our attorneys’ years of experience allow us to effectively evaluate and assess the strengths and weaknesses of the case in order to establish a defense strategy that meets the clients’ needs within the bounds of applicable law.

We recognize that class actions can be particularly onerous and potentially damaging to defendants. That is why we work to provide focused and cost-effective representation to our clients from beginning to end. Should a class action proceed to trial, our clients can look to our litigators with confidence that the strategy and oral presentation to be made on their behalf will be done with their best interests in mind. Overall, we strive to protect our clients with a team of attorneys that have the experience and means required to tackle any class action matter presented.

Medical Malpractice Defense

Crowley Fleck’s Tort Litigation Practice Group has extensive experience and a history of success representing all types of health care providers, including hospitals, physicians, physician assistants, nurses, dentists and alternative health care providers against claims of medical negligence, malpractice and related claims.

Claims involving medical issues of care can be difficult to navigate depending on the state in which the action is filed, as many have special procedures and processes that must be complied with prior to litigation being filed. Our attorneys are familiar with these steps, and have successfully represented medical professionals in virtually every area of medicine as well as hospitals and other health care providers at every stage of the process, including trial and appeal.
