Gallagher Sharp’s Product Liability Practice Group has established a national reputation in defending the designers, manufacturers, importers, distributors, service companies, and suppliers of a wide range of industrial and consumer products. Our practice is based on a solid understanding of the law as well as years of experience in the trial of claims alleging personal injury, property damage, commercial losses, wrongful death, toxic exposure and intentional tort allegedly caused by product failures, defects in design or manufacture, failure to warn, safety representations, unsafe working environments, improper use or maintenance and ultra hazardous materials. We gain a full understanding of each product through in-depth partnering with our clients regarding their products and business practices along with appropriate use of leading industry experts to defend these claims.
