Bankruptcy Litigation

To be a successful bankruptcy litigation attorney, requires a highly specialized skill set. The Bankruptcy Litigation Practice Group of Gordon Silver provides these skills along with an elevated level of expertise and proven commitment to our clients. As part of our services, we extend beyond the traditional representation of debtors, creditors and other parties in interest and include both the prosecution and defense of adversaries and contested motions.

The bankruptcy attorneys in our group have extensive experience representing debtors, creditors, liens, committees and other parties in interest in complex insolvency matters. We have practiced in bankruptcy courts as well as other federal courts throughout the United States, with a focus on Arizona and Nevada. Throughout our careers, we have represented creditors, creditors' committees and trustees, and bankruptcy estates in a wide range of traditional bankruptcy litigation, including fraudulent conveyance and preference litigation to lien avoidance; bankruptcy prosecution defense; subordination and prosecuting; and defending claims against directors, officers, and professionals relating to the business failure of a debtor.
