Our Government Compliance, Investigations & Litigation practice group has significant experience representing clients subject to regulatory and criminal oversight. Corporate Crime Scene

Our government compliance, investigations and litigation attorneys have developed an approach for our corporate clients called “The Corporate Crime Scene.” This approach is designed to provide comprehensive counsel and a full range of legal services to businesses vulnerable to or victimized by embezzlement, internal financial fraud, wrongful employee conduct (bribery, kickbacks, etc.) and conflicts of interest. Our experiences allow us to offer corporate crime prevention programs and strategies including the design of response protocols for specific situations, investigation counsel, immediate counsel and mitigation measures, strategic contacts with local, state and federal enforcement agents, grand jury counsel and trial defense counsel.

White Collar Defense

The Government Compliance, Investigations & Litigation practice group offers the experience of seasoned trial lawyers, including attorneys who served with distinction as federal and state prosecutors. As experts in criminal law and procedure, our attorneys have a unique understanding of governmental and prosecutorial perspectives and, where appropriate, are able to use their experience and expertise to ascertain the true focus of an investigation and advance the interests of our clients.
