Morris Polich & Purdy LLP’s Outside General Counsel practice provides a full range of services enjoyed by major corporations on an as needed basis. Many times, small and midsize businesses neither have nor can meet their legal needs with a fully-staffed legal department. Further, they often do not have an in-house General Counsel. Nonetheless, their need for legal advice and services is as great, if not greater, than large and well-established companies. Acting as an outside General Counsel for these businesses, MPP attorneys assist in any number of corporate transactions, provide contract review and negotiation, and implement risk management programs.
