  • Since the end of summer 2005, U.S.-listed companies have been required to certify their conformity with U.S. Sarbanes-Oxley Legislation ("SOX"). As a result, subsidiaries in France of U.S. public companies or French companies listed in the U.S. have established procedures enabling their employees to report, anonymously and confidentially, fraud and questionable accounting or auditing matters to comply with SOX.
