  • Members of the United States Congress have formed, for the first time, a Congressional Trademark Caucus (“CTC”). A congressional caucus is a group of members of the United States Congress that meets to pursue common public policy objectives. The “CTC’s mission is ‘to educate Members of Congress and the public about the vital role trademarks play in protecting the health and safety of consumers in the global marketplace.’ “
