  • Next month, China is scheduled to formally release its 12th Five Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development. This plan will provide an overview of the government’s industrial goals and identify key projects for the period 2011-2015. The Chinese government is also expected to announce derivative plans and policies for individual jurisdictions and industries in the following months.
