  • A recently proposed amendment to U.S. Department of Commerce export licensing requirements could significantly ease the regulatory burden of companies with international markets and manufacturing operations. The Commerce Department's Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) has issued a proposed rule to amend the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) to create a new Intra-Company Transfer (ICT) license exception.
