  • The Associated Press reports that the Alaska Senate has approved SB138, which sets tax and royalty rates for the state’s 25% equity participation in the Alaska LNG export terminal and pipeline project to access North Slope gas supplies for export. Alaska Gasline Development Corporation would hold the state’s interest in liquefaction and export terminal facilities. The bill now moves to the House for consideration.
