Mr. Wiseman is a trial lawyer admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of California, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and each of the United States District Courts of California: Central, Southern, Northern and Eastern. Mr. Wiseman completed his legal education at the University of San Diego, where his involvement in the legal clinic programs was recognized with an Advocacy Commendation by the International Academy of Trial Lawyers. His undergraduate studies were in philosophy at the University of California, San Diego. Mr. Wiseman has broad experience across a variety of complex civil litigation, particularly handling construction disputes, business litigation, and employment claims.
