Damion’s career in civil litigation began as a Summer Associate in the Irvine office of Koeller, Nebeker, Carlson & Haluck, LLP. Now an Associate Attorney, Damion handles a wide array of construction and general liability defense matters for the firm’s builder, developer, and general contractor clients.
Damion earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Chapman University School of Law, graduating with honors. At Chapman, Damion was Staff Editor of the Chapman Law Review, Dean’s Fellow of Legal Research and Writing, Dean’s Fellow of Contracts Drafting, Chairman of the Honor Council, Ambassador and Student Bar Association Representative. Damion was also a ten-time CALI Award recipient for excellence in legal research, legal writing, contracts drafting, employment law, and many other legal disciplines.
Damion is a Southern California native. Prior to attending law school, he served as Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Specialist in the United States Army, executing vital missions in support of U.S. Secret Service Presidential Protection (TSD), Civil Support (WMD), and numerous law enforcement agencies. He is a graduate of the elite Naval School of Explosive Ordnance Disposal.
Damion now uses the same tenacity he developed through rigorous military training to represent the interests of KNCH’s clients.
