Erica M. Sorosky is an associate in the business litigation department where she handles all aspects of complex civil litigation, including real estate, construction, product liability, and asbestos/silica defense.

Ms. Sorosky earned her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley (2004, high honors, Phi Beta Kappa) where she was a double major in Political Science and Mass Communications. Ms. Sorosky received her law degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law (J.D., 2007). While at U.C. Davis, Ms. Sorosky was a Member and a Notes and Comments Editor of the U.C. Davis Law Review. She also served as an Editor of the Journal on Juvenile Law and Policy and was on the National Juvenile Law Moot Court Competition Team.

Ms. Sorosky focuses primarily on the defense of general business litigation matters.
