Mr. Salus is a partner of Palmieri Tyler. Mr. Salus practices in the wealth protection and estate planning groups as well as the corporate group.

Mr. Salus' estate practice focuses on meeting the needs of high net worth individuals by providing legal guidance as to estate planning, family corporate matters, including succession planning and general real estate and business matters. He has extensive experience in counseling clients regarding general and sophisticated estate and gift tax planning and in preparing wills, trusts, and other documents related to estate and gift tax planning. He also represents executors and trustees in decedents' estates and prepares court documents and tax returns for estates and trusts.

Mr. Salus' corporate practice ranges from the representation of start-up companies to multi-million dollar corporations and includes the creation and ongoing representation of nonprofit corporations. Mr. Salus' range of experience allows for legal representation aimed at fulfilling the overall legal needs of the individual client.
