David W. Mockbee is the president of Mockbee Hall & Drake, P.A. He was born in Brookhaven, Mississippi on December 2, 1949. Mr. Mockbee is a U.S. Army Reserve veteran who has reached the rank of captain. He has been successfully practicing law for over 36 years.
