•Compelled arbitration of lawsuit filed in federal district court by former president of $100 million subsidiary of a publicly traded company; and after the close of discovery involving production of thousands of documents and multiple depositions, obtained summary judgment on all of plaintiff's remaining claims; and thereafter defeated plaintiff's motion to vacate the arbitration award before the district court (2012 WL 718876)

I have had the honor of working with Amanda for roughly a decade. She has the knowledge and passion for the practice that each of us should have. Mandie has a very unique ability to distill very complex legal issues down to those most important to achieve favorable outcomes in matters that could otherwise prove very costly or embarrassing for her clients. Mandie is aggressive, but even tempered, strong yet compassionate, and an outstanding role model for the next generation of litigators. Read less
