David Wolf, an A.V. rated attorney, is a graduate from the University of Florida (B.S., Finance, Cum Laude, 1987) and the University of Florida College of Law (J.D., 1990). He is a member of the Florida Bar, Federal Bar, Middle District of Florida, and the Florida Justice Association. Mr. Wolf joined the firm in 1998 and for several years focused his work on personal injury, nursing home neglect and medical malpractice cases. Using his skills and experience in these areas, Mr. Wolf dedicates his efforts to advocating for and protecting the rights of injury victims including children. Throughout the years, Mr. Wolf has represented clients throughout the State of Florida on matters ranging from day care injuries to playground accidents. Mr. Wolf takes pride in having represented clients ranging in age from newborns to one client who was over 106 years old. Mr. Wolf understands that the very young, the very old and all those in between deserve legal representation when a personal injury or wrongful death (of a family member) has disrupted life and the ability to enjoy it.
In 2008, Mr. Wolf was promoted to a named partner after many years of hard work and dedication to the firm and his clients.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Wolf worked as a contract attorney for the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services where he worked for custodial parents and the State of Florida on child support, paternity and related matters. The welfare of children has always been a passion of Mr. Wolf from his first day of practice. Subsequent to his work in the area of child support and family law, Mr. Wolf worked in South Florida as a personal injury, medical malpractice and nursing home attorney and took this experience and knowledge base with him when he joined the firm.
Mr. Wolf is the editor for three prominent blogs, Florida Child Injury Blog, Child Injury Lawyer Blog, and North Florida Injury Lawyer Blog. Mr. Wolf has authored over 4000 articles for these sites and has been interviewed and quoted in various newspapers and Time Magazine on child injury matters.
Mr. Wolf is the author of 10 books that focus on personal injury and safety issues including the book titled - Florida Automobile Accidents - Personal Injuries - Keys to Protecting and Enforcing Your Legal Rights and the book titled - The ABCs of Child Injury - Legal Rights of the Injured Child - What Every Parent Should Know. For approximately 10 years, Mr. Wolf was active in the Creeks Athletic Association, Youth Soccer Program. He served as a volunteer coach with the Center of Excellence which promotes academy style soccer for children. He also served as a Parent Communicator for the Center of Excellence. He also served the Club as a Team Manager for a Boys Premier Team which is a select travel team.Mr. Wolf was elected as the Secretary of CAA Soccer and served in that position for approximately 4 years. Mr. Wolf currently serves as a Special Advisor to the Florida Elite Soccer Academy which is one of the largest youth soccer organizations in the State of Florida.
In addition to Creeks Soccer and the Florida Elite Soccer Academy, Mr. Wolf coached a number of 3 v. 3 Soccer Teams including the Wood, Atter & Wolf Twisters (Boys Team), the Wood, Atter & Wolf Twisters (Girls Team), and the Wood, Atter & Wolf Team Caution (Boys Team). Mr. Wolf has coached the 3 v. 3 teams in various tournaments in both Florida and Georgia. The Twisters placed 3rd at the National 3 v. 3 Tournament at the Disney Wide World of Sports. The Twisters (Boys Team) won the two Coerver Cup Championships. The Wood, Atter & Wolf Team Caution won the Coerver Cup Championship as well.
Mr. Wolf is active in the community and serves on the Board of Directors for the Jacksonville Jewish Community Alliance which runs a nationally recognized day care and pre-school and other programs for children, teens, adults and seniors. Mr. Wolf received the New Leadership Award at the JCA for his work and dedication to the organization. Mr. Wolf was appointed to serve as Treasurer for the JCA and served in that position for 4 years. Mr. Wolf was awarded the Esther Leah Ritz Emerging Leader Award which was presented to Wolf at the JCCA Biennial Convention in San Diego, California. Mr. Wolf was appointed to the position of Vice President of the Jacksonville Jewish Community Alliance in 2016.
In 2013, David Wolf founded the Good Deed Brigade. The mission of the Good Deed Brigade is to is to promote the actions and kindness of people making a difference in the community. By completing this mission, the Good Deed Brigade hopes to encourage others to do their part to make the community a better place.
Mr. Wolf is married with 2 children and 3 rescue dogs in the house. He resides in St. Johns County and is proud to call North Florida his home.
