Biography

Hillary is a member of the Professional Liability Department where the focus of her practice is construction defect litigation and general professional liability defense. In this role, Hillary provides counsel to sub-contractors, general contractors, manufacturers, suppliers, architects and engineers in claims brought against them in a variety of construction projects and disputes. Prior to joining the firm, Hillary worked for another civil litigation defense firm where she represented clients in matters related to negligent security and premises liability. Outside her law practice, Hillary volunteers with Habitat for Humanity, and enjoys cooking and baking for her family and friends.
