Ms. Wagner also provides workplace harassment training across the country.

Ms. Wagner has a passion and dedication for the advancement of fair employment practices in the workplace, and is a member of the Labor and Employment Section of the Palm Beach, Florida, and American Bar Associations, as well as the National Employment Lawyers Association, serving as Treasurer of the Association's Florida Chapter from 2012-2016. She is a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA), the Los Angeles County Bar Association Labor and Employment Section, and the Beverly Hills Bar Association Labor and Employment Section. She is Co-Chair of the Florida Bar Labor and Employment Section Membership Outreach and Young Lawyer Liasion of the American Bar Association Labor and Employment Section. Ms. Wagner was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Political Science and Journalism at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and her Juris Doctor at Stetson University in Gulfport, Florida. Subsequently, she earned a Graduate Certificate in Health and Hospital law from Seton Hall School of Law.Her hobbies include travel, hiking, Ohio State football, and spending time with family and her dogs Harvey and Arnold.
