Former deputy clerk and auditor, Probate Court of Jackson County, Missouri. Former law clerk to the Honorable Charles Shangler, Missouri Court of Appeals, Western District. Private practice for over 36 years. Native of Kansas City and proud alumni of Rockhurst High School and the University of Missouri at Kansas City.



Have prepared many Durable Powers of Attorney (for Kansas and Missouri residents) and Non Probate Transfers deeds (Transfer on Death Deeds-Kansas; Beneficiary Deeds-Missouri). Have litigate trust and probate issues for over 35 years.
