Mary Kathryn Brennan is an attorney specializing in elder law with the Law Office of Smilie G. Rogers, PLLC. Ms. Brennan has a specialized knowledge about the medical and financial eligibility requirements for state and federally funded long-term care options available in Maine in institutional settings and home care settings. She is a member of the Southern Maine Area Agency on Aging Caregiver Support Program Advisory Committee, the York County Elder Abuse Task Force, the United Way of York County Community Review Team and the Elder Law Section of the Maine State Bar Association.
