He has served as national coordinator for certain American and European manufacturers of construction equipment and machinery regarding litigation pending throughout the United States.
He has been lead trial counsel in various jurisdictions, including Alabama, Arkansas, California, Maryland, Massachusetts, Missouri, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, and South Carolina.
Bob has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer for 2006 in the area of Personal Injury Defense.
A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1962, he achieved his juris doctor from Villanova University School of Law in 1965. He is a member of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and American Bar Associations. Prior to joining Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin in 2004, Bob was a founding member of Kelly, McLaughlin, Foster, Bracaglia, Daly, Trabucco & White, LLP.
