  • This Client Alert discusses two recent major changes in Massachusetts employment discrimination law. First, the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination has eliminated the Commission's Attorney-Assisted Unit. In addition, the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court has rescinded the jury trial right previously afforded to employers for cases on which employers had received an adverse decision after a public hearing before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.
