  • On March 2, 2009, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ("EEOC") released proposed regulations to implement Title I and Title II of the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act ("GINA"), which was signed into law in May 2008, and goes into effect on November 21, 2009.
