  • The short answer is that employee non-solicitation clauses are generally enforceable. Even better, most jurisdictions are willing to enforce these types of restrictions without reference to the reasonableness of the time and scope of the restrictions or to a detailed consideration of the legitimate business interests such clauses are designed to protect.
