  • A friendly reminder (following our Client Alerts in March 2011 and January 2012) that New York’s Wage Theft Prevention Act (“WTPA”) effective April 2011, continues to require employers to provide written notice of wage rates: (a) to every new hire; and (b) to every employee annually, prior to February 1 of each calendar year.
