The Reisman Sorokac law firm was founded with the mission and guiding principle of providing high-quality, responsive, personalized representation - at an affordable price.
While the Firm represents large, national companies, it also represents small businesses and individuals; and, as a RS client, you are certain to receive the hands-on attention of the Firm's founders, Joshua H. Reisman and Elizabeth M. Sorokac. We promise that your needs will be timely addressed and that the costs of your representation will be scrupulously managed.
Joshua H. Reisman is a former litigation partner of an Am Law 100 national law firm and has been an active trial lawyer in Clark County, Nevada, since 1999. His roots in Nevada, however, date back to 1972. Mr. Reisman has practiced law at a premier, white-collar litigation firm in New York City; and he has served as a law clerk to the Honorable Eric L. Clay, U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and to the Honorable Jorge A. Solis, U.S. District Court, Northern District of Texas.
Mr. Reisman has practiced law at the highest levels, representing large national and international companies in high-dollar, complex commercial litigation. He has even litigated cases of national importance before the U.S. Supreme Court.
Elizabeth M. Sorokac has almost a decade of real-estate-focused legal experience in Southern Nevada. She served as legal counsel at the center of some of Las Vegas' biggest deals - in the midst of perhaps the hottest real estate market the nation has ever seen. Her wealth of experience includes positions with local government, boutique litigation and transactional law firms, and a large corporate firm; and she has functioned as in-house counsel for Southern Nevada's largest master-plan developer. Ms. Sorokac's highly-diverse legal career enables her to appreciate the individual perspectives and needs of a variety of clients, and to provide them with tailor-made representation and services.
The caliber and experience of Reisman Sorokac's lawyers provides RS clients with big-firm-quality representation, while the Firm's modest size and business model provides small-firm affordability and hands-on service.
