Bruce M. Sattin, who has more than 36 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate, zoning, general business and corporate law, trusts and estates, and bankruptcy law, has been of counsel with Szaferman Lakind since 2002. He is licensed in PA and in NY additional to NJ. He is a Trustee of the Real Estate Section of the Mercer County Bar Association.
Bruce, who had been a partner in the Kessler, Tutek, Gladfelter, Sattin & Gallagher firm in Bordentown, is active in his community. He has been Chairman of the Yardley Borough Zoning Hearing Board and a member of the Yardley Borough Cablevision Board. He also volunteers as Counsel to Doorway to Hope, a transitional housing organization in Trenton, and is a former Board Member and Vice-President of Abrams Hebrew Academy.
