    We were told we didn't need to be present for the initial hearing, Mr. Walker would attend on our behalf (we live in another city) and we would attend the main settlement hearing. However, when we were contacted after that hearing, Mr. Walker informed us that he reached a settlement on our behalf, which he did not have permission to do. He explained he did so because of the small amount available for the claim and it was in our best interest to not beleaguer the court. Read less
