Dorothy T. Daly, a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. (DMC), spoke at Comcast’s First Annual Workers’ Compensation Litigation Summit, The Cannabis Conundrum. The national event was held on October 26, 2017, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

The goal of the summit is to open a dialogue regarding the medicinal and recreational marijuana and opioid use and address the impact it will have on the workers’ compensation environment.

Ms. Daly has over two decades of legal experience. She concentrates her practice in workers’ compensation defense, workers’ compensation coverage litigation, and medical provider recovery. She earned her Juris Doctor at Rutgers University School of Law, cum laude.
