• Truck Driver Fatally Injured in Interstate 80 Crash

  • A 50-year-old truck driver from Elizabeth, New Jersey was fatally injured in a crash that took place on Interstate 80 near Route 206 in White Deer Township, Union County, New Jersey. The Interstate 80 crash, involving a dump truck and a tractor-trailer, occurred on Tuesday morning. Both trucks went through the guardrails and rolled down an embankment after colliding. One truck driver was fatally injured, and the other truck driver, a 41-year-old man from Madera, Pennsylvania, had to be extricated from his truck and transported to the Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pennsylvania, for treatment of his personal injuries.
