• Motorcyclist Fatally Struck During Kelly Drive Collision
  • August 3, 2017
  • A motorcyclist lost his life when a BMW struck his motorcycle during a collision on Kelly Drive. Around 9 pm, the Kelly Drive collision occurred when a 47-year-old woman driving a BMW made a left turn at the intersection of Brewery Hill Drive and Kelly Drive in Philadelphia. The 43-year-old man from the East Mount Airy section of Philadelphia, who was driving the motorcycle, was thrown from his bike, and succumbed to his fatal injuries at the Hahnemann University Hospital.

During warm weather, it is more common to see more motorcycles on the road. Unfortunately, this means that there is an increase in the amount of motorcycle accidents including the Kelly Drive collision, which may lead to personal injuries or even fatalities for riders. Since motorcycles do not provide adequate safety features, this also contributes to the number of catastrophic injuries incurred by riders.

If you or someone you love sustained personal injuries in a motorcycle accident, you may be entitled to compensation.
