A 64-year-old woman was fatally injured after her car hit a pickup truck in Lower Macungie Township, Pennsylvania. On Monday afternoon, around 1 pm, the two-vehicle crash occurred when the woman entered the intersection of Creamery and Spring Creek Roads, and collided into a pickup truck. The driver of the pickup sustained personal injuries and received treatment at an area hospital.
