• Construction Worker Takes Fatal Fall in Philadelphia
  • December 1, 2017
  • On Thursday afternoon, a construction worker took a fatal fall from a building in the Old City section of Philadelphia. The 28-year-old worker fell four stories around 2 pm, and was brought to the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital for treatment. Unfortunately, the victim succumbed to his fatal injuries within an hour of arriving at the hospital.

Many employees in the construction industry realize the danger of their work, and the possibility that they may get hurt while on the job. In some cases, though, construction accidents may be the result of a lack of safety precautions or faulty equipment used while performing tasks, which could put workers at-risk for incurring personal injuries or even fatalities. If the workplace is deemed hazardous after an investigation, the company or business may be liable.

If you or someone you love sustained personal injuries in a construction accident, you may be entitled to compensation.
