Beyond his real estate practice at SKO, Gary extends his substantial expertise to the legal community in Kentucky and throughout the U.S. Gary has served for many years on the program planning committee for the University of Kentucky Office of Continuing Legal Education (UK/CLE) Real Estate Law and Practice Institute, and has presented at several UK/CLE-sponsored seminars. He has also spoken at multiple firm-hosted seminars on issues ranging from environmental considerations in real estate transactions to limited liability companies as borrowers in real estate transactions.
While he provides strategic counsel on nearly all aspects of real estate planning, he also has extensive experience serving as lead counsel for major banks, developers, property owners and tenants.
