Amir Benakote concentrates his practice on employment discrimination and retaliation claims as well as insurance defense. Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Amir was an associate at a plaintiffs firm handling consumer class actions, general business litigation and tort claims. While in law school, Amir completed his M.B.A. degree, broadening his capabilities through a dual interest in law and business. He also worked as an extern at a public defender's office and with several notable civil litigation firms.
