Dominique Sicari is an Associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office. He focuses his practice on construction defect litigation, premises liability, habitability claims, and personal injury. Mr. Sicari has managed cases at all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial.

Mr. Sicari is admitted to practice before all state courts in California and in the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Shortly after being sworn into the California State Bar, Mr. Sicari sat as second chair on a jury trial (Los Angeles Superior Court - Unlimited Jurisdiction) resulting in a verdict in favor of his clients. Prior to joining RMKB, Mr. Sicari served as a Law Clerk and later as an Associate at Turner Friedman Morris & Cohan focusing on business litigation.

Mr. Sicari received his Bachelor of the Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine in 2012 and earned his Juris Doctor from the Southwestern Law School in 2016. Prior to law school, he worked for his family’s businesses specializing in construction. Mr. Sicari is the first generation of his family to graduate from a university as well as law school.
