Mr. Melton also provides advice on day-to-day and compliance issues to employers, including matters involving employee terminations and disciplinary actions; leave of absence and disability accommodation issues; wage and hour, privacy and drug testing issues; and employment-related documents such as agreements, employee handbooks and policies.
He was a Law Clerk to the Honorable David V. Kenyon, U.S. District Judge, Central District of California and Legislative Assistant to U.S. Senator John C. Danforth, with a focus on international trade and tax policy issues.
