Mr. Newton has handled matters for major California banks relating to branch operations, negotiable instruments and transaction clearing, security deposit box liability and interpleader. He has handled matters for non-bank clients involving breach of contract, financial fraud, real estate transactions and disputes, partnership and corporate disputes, insurance coverage, intellectual property, usury and construction law.
