Mark M. Gnesin is of counsel in the Firm's Los Angeles office. Mr. Gnesin's practice focuses mainly on the litigation of personal injury, property damage and construction defect claims, including all general liability claims. He also advises clients and insurance companies in these fields with regard to liability, damages, insurance coverage and indemnity matters. In addition, he has a varied background in catastrophic personal injury cases, defense of public entities, employment discrimination, products liability, automobile liability and legal malpractice. Mr. Gnesin's thorough and creative approach to cases have led to his very substantial success rate in obtaining multiple outright verdicts in favor of his clients in Superior Court jury trials throughout courts of general jurisdiction in Southern California.
Mr. Gnesin received his B.A. in history from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey and received his J.D. from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, California. During the course of his career, Mr. Gnesin has received extensive training and experience as an insurance claims representative.
Mr. Gnesin has been honored to be elected to Who's Who in California Law (1981), Who's Who in American Law (1988) and America's Most Notable 2000 Men (1991). Mr. Gnesin has also served as a Judge Pro Tempore of the Orange County Superior Court and as an arbitrator on the personal injury arbitration panel of the Superior Court for Orange County.
