Mr. Weber exclusively represents employers and individual defendants in all types of employment litigation, including sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and matters involving competition and restrictive covenants.
While attending law school, Mr. Weber was Membership Editor of the University of Illinois Journal of Law, Technology & Policy and was an executive board member of the Student Bar Association. Mr. Weber was awarded the Rickert Award for Excellence in Legal Writing. Mr. Weber represented pro bono clients through the Civil Litigation and Domestic Violence Clinics.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Weber worked for Public Counsel Law Center where he served as the Lead Law Clerk. With Public Counsel, Mr. Weber assisted in opening its Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals Clinic, and represented asylum seekers, unaccompanied minors, and T/U Visa seekers.
