Robert Hudock has two decades of experience as an attorney, with over a decade dedicated specifically to representing employers in employment law matters. Rob is a passionate advocate on his clients’ behalf. Clients trust his thoughtful, creative approach that has turned “lost causes” into winners. California employment laws are confusing and complex. Rob is an experienced, intelligent, and determined advocate in litigating employment matters—someone to assuage his clients’ fears so they can focus their time and energy on their businesses.

With a proven track record, Rob is a trusted attorney to employers throughout Southern California. He has achieved favorable legal results and provided valuable advice to all types of businesses across multiple industries, from small, local firms to Fortune 100 companies.

Clients rely on Rob’s sophisticated expertise in employment law, garnered from working in a broad range of law firms from a small, local firm to a large, internationally renowned one. His experience provides clients the knowledge and skill typically associated with large firms.

Rob has defended employers against virtually every type of individual and class action employment claim, from inception through resolution, in state and federal courts, administrative forums (e.g., EEOC, California DLSE and DFEH), and arbitration. His experience includes successful jury, bench, and administrative trials, as well as appeals in the California Courts of Appeal and Supreme Court.

Active in his community, Rob belongs to several professional associations and groups. He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the San Fernando Valley Counseling Center and regularly volunteers for charity events, such as the Special Olympics and Challenged Athletes programs.

Rob is a competitive triathlete, with five Ironman finishes in three countries, and a mountaineer whose climbs include successful expeditions on two of the world’s “Seven Summits” – Aconcagua and Kilimanjaro.
