Sean M. Cronin earned his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, his B.S. from the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
Mr. Cronin's practice emphasizes commercial litigation in state and federal courts. He has substantial experience representing national banks, large corporations, real estate developers, and small businesses.
He has achieved successful results in actions regarding creditors' rights, accounting matters, investment fraud, and large scale construction projects. In addition to business matters, Sean has substantial experience in litigation pertaining to employment disputes, real estate, municipal law regulation, and individual tort claims. Mr. Cronin's prior experience includes working as In-House Counsel for a commercial lender.
