Before co-founding Kaplan & Partners LLP, Andrew practiced at Greenebaum Doll & McDonald for twelve years and in the Louisville office of Miller Wells PLLC for five years. Andrew is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the University of Virginia Law School.
