Jason is from Lexington, Kentucky and has spent most of his adult life in Kentucky. Jason attended Centre College where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Government and was a four year soccer Letterman. After graduating, Jason attended Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University. During his first two years of law school, Jason worked at a law firm specializing in Insurance defense and personal injury litigation. In his third year, he began working at the Commonwealth Attorney's Office in Kenton County.

After law school, Jason began presenting felony cases and continued to do so for four and a half years. He gained invaluable litigation experience prosecuting felony cases such as drug trafficking; assault: first degree; robbery and rape. Before leaving his position with the Commonwealth Attorney's Office, Jason successfully tried an Assault, First Degree and a Rape 1st Degree - both reported cases.

Jason now uses his litigation experience in all matters he handles for clients.
