Robert Divis is a Mercer University educated lawyer. Before his career as a lawyer, he was an enlisted mechanic and commissioned (infantry) officer in the U.S. Army, where he served in the storied 82d Airborne Division. He has also been a librarian and is an accomplished scuba diver, having logged dives in some of the most challenging conditions in North America.
