She graduated from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law and holds training certifications in Dispute Resolution, Mediation and International Arbitration from Humboldt University in Berlin. Prior to her law studies, she graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Puerto Rico with a major in European History and Political Science. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida, the District of Columbia, and the Federal District Court for the District of Puerto Rico.
