Jackson Martin

Jackson Martin: Attorney with Law Offices of Danny M. Howell, PLLC

Jackson Martin began his legal career defending large companies at an international law firm in Atlanta, Georgia. His practice focused on compliance with the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, where he represented clients in a variety of industries, including healthcare, real estate, financial services, manufacturing, and consumer products. Jackson also defended several companies against claims arising under the False Claims Act. Although the work proved rewarding, Jackson left the world of Big Law and joined a small plaintiff's law firm focusing on civil litigation. With the Big Law bureaucracies eliminated, Jackson found that practicing in a small-firm environment allowed him to provide his clients with better value, while ensuring their expectations were met with top-notch legal work.

After several years of plaintiff's work, Jackson joined the Law Offices of Danny Howell, PLLC and has continued to zealously represent our clients, while adding value to the overall relationship. Jackson is admitted to the Virginia State Bar, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts in the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia. Originally from Richmond, Virginia, Jackson resides in Reston with his wife and their son.
